SPA.subset(selector: ndarray) → None[source]¶

Sets a list of active models to run the SPA on. Primarily for internal use.

Parameters:¶

selector: ndarray¶

Boolean array indicating which columns to use when computing the p-values. This is primarily for use by StepM.
